Our School
Welcome to Oakland Elementary!
Oakland Elementary opened in the Fall of 2006 as FBISD's 40th elementary school! We are the home of the Wildcats - Oakley is our mascot - and our colors are sky blue and yellow. Here at Oakland, we have high expectations for our students, and academics are provided in engaging classrooms by our dedicated and energetic staff. Oakland teachers work hard to instill a love for learning in each and every student, and every person on our staff is committed to academic excellence. In addition, Character Links, a research-based academic solution to character building, is used daily to instill exemplary character traits in our students.
